I would personally go with one of two arguments: "looking up from the computer screen to look outside is recommended by my optometrist and is essential..." or "having the birds about helps me relax and release tension. the more released I am, the more energy and focus I have for my work" now that is a nice idea. I would personally go with one of two arguments:
“looking up from the computer screen to look outside is recommended by my optometrist and is essential…” or
“having the birds about helps me relax and release tension. the more released I am, the more energy and focus I have for my work”
